The bank is extremely easy to use. The introduction of the flex payment is a god send as it helps me balance my monthly cash flows. I always have the money to pay but the option to spread the cost is great for the longer months. Customer service is great. I liken it to AMEX (unfortunately still consider this to be the best out there). Super easy to pay others and save money which is actually a lot better than most other traditional banks.
