Best bank EVER!

I have nothing but praise for Monzo, having opened my account with them a couple of years ago. Their customer service is second to none, their terms and conditions are clear and fair. The app is simple to use and has made my life so much easier as I often transfer money to friends. My partner now has both a current and business account with Monzo having seen how happy I was with them. I don’t see myself ever going back to regular banking at this rate. They’ve even helped me to save money to take my mum to Dollywood next year, as I have started putting all my “top up” money into a separate saving file. I am now overdraft and debt free after years of taking on hidden costs with my previous bank, thanks to using Monzo. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
