Simplicity, Security & Service

I guess i have never sought mch from my bank, never considered the value of one over another, but I am in awe of the way Monzo help me manage my finance yet encapsulating my title.. i want my experience to be simple. I believe Monzo have really thought about the user experience to a point where sometimes i cannot even believe i am banking.. paying a friend with a Monzo account is as easy as butter a slice of bread whilst naturally not being limited to Monzo.. I always feel secure.. i have control over my pins, bio security and multi factor authentication all nailed.. and i love the array of services.. including top rate phone insurance, which i am in the middle of benefitting from right now.. i believe the banking world needs some disruption, new thinking and new energy..
