I have had three loans so far with ratesetter and every time they have been very helpfull quick to respond to my messages and easy to converse with,no hassle loan provider.Last year in the middle of covid my income fell and was having trouble meeting my repayments.i contacted ratesetter explaining my worries and in no time at all i was paying less a month untill i was in a position to pay my normal amount.i highly reccomend the team at ratesetter.
