Problem, after problem, after problem

App useless. Customer support don't answer phones in under an hour. Online chat nearly always offline. Online banking problems also frequent. Not competitive when compared with the likes of Pockit and Totally Money. Suits Me always use the same excuse "we've had a high number of calls lately" - this is regardless of the day of the week, the time of day, or indeed the month or the year; its the same excuse regardless. If I was to list all problems, I'd be here all evening, but just one final one worth mentioning: card would frequently decline despite adequate funds available. Suits Me then charge a fee for a declined transaction. SuitsMeNot is more descriptive. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022
