No happy with the service at all

I’ve had a suit me account just under a year. Out of no where they put me on compliance check on Saturday the week I have to pay my bills I complained no help at all just being passed around and told the manager will call and when the manager calls they help me with nothing. It is now Thursday no word from the compliance team and I need to pay my insurance. Add insult to injury I pay for the premium service you would think a compliance check would take 12-24 hours considering you are dealing with peoples money and livelihoods but suits me seem to not care so for this I urge everyone to stay clear from them and I will be leaving my reviews everywhere until this resolved.
