100% positive experience

Customer service is very good. Any problem I had ( forgetting passwords and such) were an email away from being swiftly resolved, the app is simple and easy to use with no confusing jargon or 'what does that do elements. I would recommend Suits Me bank to anyone who is not getting accepted by any other bank as I was due to my financial circumstances due to the lockdowns and furlough situation. In conclusion, Suits me bank has helped me get back on track with my bills and I am now able to get my life back on track as a result so I can't stress it enough how good of a service they have provided me.
