Great customer service

I have recieved lots of support to select my products. The communication and website are very good. When I go to my local woodbridge branch I can be sure of excellent customer service. These all mean the absolute world to me because I find it a very reassuring and pleasant experience, and I feel my money is in safe hands. There is also a supportive and fun community aspect to this local building society. If I have a question I can be sure of a straightforward, well informed answer. Reviewed on: 17th March 2022
