It's scam

They just frozen my account without notice and no reason then decided to close my account and holding all of my money and when I call them and email to asking for my money all then answer I get from them is just wait that the best answer and the best help from them also its poor service you can't get to customers care team when you have a trouble with your account all I can this company is a Scam!!! Bad and horrible bank not good to account with

Hi my name surachai sae-ngow and I be a suitsmecard customer for a year now and about 3ago they just frozen my account without notice and no reason and now I got email to notice me about closing my account and ask me to give me another uk account to move my money to and I already do what they asking for but I still don't get my money even I call them and telling them I really need that money because I don't have any cash on me and I have run of food as well but they just ignored and tell me to wait for the email back from them so I don't understand its to difficult for move my money to another account? I understand that the financial will take all of the clients money to trading market for trading money first for make they profit to they own pocket but they should to thinking about the money owner like me also I need to use my money aswell why you need to keep holding my money forwhat .
