Useless

I tried to open a new account but Dudley declined. Although I am an existing member, lived at the same address for decades and have had the same bank account for decades they say they cannot prove my identity. Maybe some staff training would help? Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

First Class Service

I have found Dudley BS to be helpful and competant and offer good rates . No problems at all . Have had trouble with other BSs . Dudley is a small b.s. but gives excellent service even to savers who do not live locally , unlike some other BSs who restrict services to a local areas. Pleased I discovered the Dudley . Treating Customers fairly??!!

Appalling treatment of existing customer who has been trying to switch her mortgage onto a new repayment method nearly 2 months ago, Poor communication from the lender and still no indication of how long this will take? in the meantime the customer is being putting in a negative financial situation.
