Remarkable Service

I have never in all my life experience d such amazing and efficient service as that provided by the staff of Dudley Building Society. From my initial enquiry right through to the Unincorporated Two Year Fixed Rate Bond account being opened. Staff ( particularly Claire Bryan) were so kind and helpful and sorted everything for me in a matter of days. We'll done Dudley Building Society you really deserve all the praise you receive. Professional, friendly, efficient service, good interest rates

2 years ago, I was looking to open savings accounts for my children. At a time where interest rates were at their lowest, Dudley had the best deal in my opinion. Since then they passed on every rate increase very quickly. And when you call with a query, staff are incredibly helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service. Amazing Customer Service

Arriving at the branch for our appointment we were met by a warm welcome and smiles. Tea was made to start our appointment, all paperwork was completed in a friendly and efficient way. Our questions were answered and if the staff couldn't answer a question they contacted another ptofessional whe could assist us. An excellent service. I cannot recall ever recieving a better service.
