I was working abroad and the Dudley could not have been more helpful

I was able to keep in contact at all times even though I was in the Middle East and I was able to secure a mortgage over 3 years which was perfect as it finished just before I retired Reviewed on: 16th November 2022

Kingswinford Office. Very Pleasant Staff

Carol and Brenda were very helpful. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted because I had seen 5% for a 5-year bond when checking the internet. I do not trust the internet for conducting any kind of banking, so I went to the Kingswinford branch to set up a 5-year bond at the counter Carol and Brenda made me aware of the full range and I found that the 2-year bond at 4.75 was a better choice for me, thanks to them.
