Streamlined management of credit card and spending on App

The application process was straightforward and I was kept informed throughout the process. The Yopa app is very customer friendly allowing me to easily manage my credit limit and make payments. I find the reminder notifications are not overwhelming but DO give me prompts at the right time. I have not had any issues which need me to speak to a Yopa Team member so unable to provide feedback on the "human touch". Reviewed on: 28th March 2022
