Improvements to communication needed

I’ve been using Zopa for a while and it’s generally gone well, although it’s annoying you have to pay via card and no direct debit. This month payment got declined by the bank because they didn’t complete 3D secure, emails sent out contain payment link so was blocked as spam, text message contained a random link to pay at that point they already charged me extra, contacting via chat they refused to reverse this still waiting on complaints team.
