Easy straightforward and simple to use

I’ve had to contact Zopa once due to checking payment day as I was new and I didn’t realise how to check . So they explained how to do this, they helped me a lot on checking other aspects of my account and how to check other things. So simple to do was my own fault due to strong painkillers. But the adviser was fantastic. So helpful, easy to navigate, easy to pay balance early. I couldn’t be any happier with my credit card company.
