Review of the Zopa, Credit card:

Trust.

I have held a zopa account for six months with a limited credit amount of £600. I understand that the customer must build trust with the provider however, I would argue, regardless of credit rating the provider must also learn to trust their customers. No person intentionally enters into dept and will do their up most maintain a good relationship with the agency's. I feel however, the lack of trust from zopa has restricted the credit limit they have provided me. I use credit for monthly spending and clear balances every month, however with this lower limit it appears that my utilisation of credit is above 30% every month for this account, something I do not appreciate being portrayed to other credit agency. I therefore do not currently use this account. I do appreciate the simplicity of the service and that they offer other capabilities such as the saving account but due to the restricted credit limit I have given a lower rating. Would advise a more in-depth customer rating that is not solely based on credit score. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022
