A Poor Excuse for a Bank

I have had the recent unfortunate experience of having to deal with the compliance team at Suits Me, due to a clerical error on my account. The company placed a hold on my account and I haven’t been able to access any monies for over a week now, which as a single working parent, is dreadful. My direct debits have all bounced, as has my rent. However, it’s not only the hold on the account that has frustrated me, but the complete lack of communication from the compliance team. You can’t speak to anyone over the phone (it’s not allowed, apparently), but need to liaise via email and it seems that you’re just ignored. I’ve not had an update in 3 days. I’ll never use Suits Me again, nor will I ever recommend...well, maybe to people I don’t like! I’m happy to be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere. Suits Me, suits themselves.
