Since joining Manchester Credit Union I’ve had nothing but amazing customer service all the way. If I’ve spoken to someone on the phone they have always been polite and helpful. The app is easy to navigate around the the family loan I have through them is really really helpful and being able to top it up when it gets to a certain amount is great, I don’t have to worry about the stress of payments as my child goes to them to pay the family loan and then they send the remainder to me.
