I have found Zopa flexible, fast and friendly. Ive cleared some debts early with no fuss or excessive penalties. Ive topped up loans and when I missed a payment and needed a telephone call to remind me they were helpful and friendly - and all at attractive rates. Would have no hesitation in reccomending Zopa!
