Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Zopa is an outstanding organisation in every aspect of customer-friendliness and ability to deal with issues in a most calming manner.

I suddenly lost my job late 2016 and therefore became unable to meet up with my regular loan repayments. I'm still amazed and extremely grateful to Zopa for the way they have compassionately handled my case. Staff are incredibly professional, attentive and non-threatening each time I call to discuss my case. In my view, if all lending organisations operate like Zopa, there will be no case of debt-induced illnesses (such as hypertension) in the UK. Zopa always makes you believe and demonstrate that there is always a way out (which is fair to all parties) as long as people keep in touch and are willing to honestly and openly discuss matters.
