Zopa helped when Halifax refused

I've been with Halifax for almost 10 years, several accounts, never in debt, with 5 figures in one of their savings accounts. Invested my savings and needed a loan. Halifax refused, despite a 950+ credit score. Zopa went straight through (the agent said he can't see any reason why not). Very disappointed with Halifax. Very happy with Zopa so far.
