Excellent customer service

I have been in an unfortunate position in that I am currently struggling to pay my debts off due to a household decrease in income. Zopa have been extremely helpful in allowing me 6 months to pay a reduced rate until we can sort things out and then return to my normal no they payments. I would be seriously struggling if they were not so helpful and for that I am grateful. They were very quick to deal with and have had 1 to 1 direct contact whilst sorting out the arrangements.
