Professional Compassion

I have been a member of Glasgow Credit Union for 19 years. It is one of the few places left that consider the individual. Professional compassion (where appropriate) is commonplace. Feedback is met with genuine consideration and investigation (rather than defense/disdain). The only previous drawback to credit unions was accessibility (for in branch really). Right now, the offering, availability and accessibility that GCU can offer is market competitive. Any compliments - are definitely seen by senior management - which tells me that they have regular direct contact with staff. To be honest, if an appropriate job came up I would apply to work there. The ethos and culture is felt when using the products or interacting with employees. I really appreciate all the advice, time, consideration and just basic manners that they operate with.
