Efficient while still maintaining a human touch

Glasgow credit union is super helpful! After I moved to Glasgow 2 days before the world went into lockdown I found it incredibly difficult to get my footing in Scotland, but the team in Glasgow credit Union, made it super easy to set up my account and direct debit for my savings. Thank you for being so human and kind to someone who had spent days on hold to banks, government offices and embassy's trying to set up a new life here in Glasgow. I love the phrase "people make Glasgow" and I can also say that's true here too "People make Glasgow Credit union". Thank you. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
