excellent products and customer service

primarily i phone in to do transactions to and from my GCU account as i like the friendly voices and efficient service. Outside office hours i use the GCU app due to its convenience and straightforward functionality. Its usually far easier contacting GCU than it is contacting my bank for other financial transactions.
