Absolute delight to deal with!

For me its the value they add to the consumer in how they help you manage your product. I was originally with a dated product at a traditional bank, with Zopa I can manage this online and make changes to my product(s) as often and as much as I like, this for me represents great flexibility in being able to manage my product and makes my life a hell of a lot easier. I didn't get that from Natwest (of which I was a customer for financial products for over 15 years) Zopa has added real value and offer a refreshing approach to a dated industry.
