Quick, easy, personal service

Zopa manages to be both extremely quick and simple to organise online while also managing to feel personal, friendly and approachable. Mine was organised in minutes and it’s so easy to update of check your account whenever necessary. I had a call with a customer service rep who reassured me before I applied (I was nervous about taking out a loan). Very impressed, would 100% recommend. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018
