Great for pets with pre-existing conditions

One of the best policies for animals with pre-existing conditions, I had insurance with other companies but they wouldn’t cover my rescue cats pre-existing conditions. Sometimes they are slow with processing claims, maybe this is because they are getting more popular, hopefully they will employ more staff to deal with this. Once the claim is settled payment is really quick. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Easy to use website, quick service

Setting up a loan with Zopa was easy from start to finish, website and all forms were very clear, and rates were fantastic. Website is also good and clear for managing my money online, I would definitely recommend and use again in future. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018
