Childrens savings account

I am really disappointed that I opened monthly savings accounts for my Grandaughters last November. When I went into branch I was told that the accounts would finish after twelve months and the new savings was for children up to 11 and less interest.. my grandaughters are 11 and 12 so is there anywhere they can save with you at a decent rate of interest? Back to another building society I think. Most disappointed. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
