Great until you need to make a claim

The premise of the policy I have in that it is rolling monthly, is great and the premium has always been reasonable when I've checked it. The only problem is when I had to a claim for a scrape on my car, they appointed a mobile repairer who twice made a very bad job of trying to fix it. That was 7 months ago and I'm still trying to get it repaired properly and some compensation for the hours and hours I've spent trying to rectify the situation. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
