Customer service

Not had any claims recently but customer service is very good when it comes to renewing my policy each year. And the annual premium didn't rise sharply as I had been warned to expect in the media. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

Good value for money

My renewal price went up a little this year but I also have a little Ford Fiesta with a different insurer and that cost over £30 more than my Toyota campervan with Caravan Guard, despite being worth about one twentieth as much. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023
