It makes paying online really safe and easy.

It makes paying people online really safe and easy. No need to constantly add card details, and ways that make paying even easier with pay in 3 or credit facilities which are simple to manage. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Best service and value

I first used Zopa because the offered the lowest interest rates. The application was simple and quick to complete, the decision was immediate and the money was in my account within days. Since taking out the loan, their service has been second to none. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Great service, great rates

Quick, easy, reliable. Online application, which gave me an instant offer of a loan. Forms signed and money for my new care was in my hand within days. Since taking the loan, service has been great, regular statements without bombardment of offers. Reviewed on: 29th January 2019

The best service by far

The original loan was quick, easy and convenient. The loan rate matched what the initial quote (most try to reel you in with low rate offers but then increase when you apply). Since taking out the loan, I get regular statements that help me track what I owe. I would highly recommend Zopa. Reviewed on: 29th January 2019
