Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Cheap insurance but poor service

You only find out how good an insurance company is when you try and make a claim and that’s where Admiral lack of customer service lets them down. We had a really simply small knock by the other party hitting us in the rear. Admiral hand this over to a claims management company who want you to sign up to be liable for ALL THE COSTS before they will even reach out to the 3rd party insurer. Admiral wont get involved themselves and wont even help you with advice on options. We ended up having to go to the 3rd party ourselves and they paid for the repair at the BMW dealer rather than the backstreet garage the claims management company wanted to use. Needless to say we wont be staying with Admiral come renewal time. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
