Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Little to no communication

Had to make a claim as someone with this insurance aswell hit my car took about a month and 6 phone calls before even cctv was requested from the place in question and also for a car inspection to be made a further 2 months before they made a decision that if they couldn’t get a hold of the 3rd party soon they would proceed with my claim against them in full fast forward many phone call from me to them and a few more weeks we finally came to a decision that they would organise to fix my car and yet a week later still no call back. A lot of stress and little effort from they’re end so yeh might have cheaper/ more competitive prices but however low the price for the policy is the company clearly will reflect that with service granted they’ve got £3000 out of me so far for just 2 years.
