Really friendly and clear with information

When it came to renewing my car insurance I was persuaded to switch from my then current provider Admiral after reading an article from a certain money saving website. I was about to purchase insurance from a new provider but I spoke to Admiral to see if I could get a better deal. They were clear in their information and waited to me to cancel the transaction with the other provider before I renewed with them. The communication with them has built trust and I have no hesitation in recommending Admiral to a friend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
