Outstanding and first class customer service

The team at Admiral have been absolutely fantastic since I have been with them the past two years. Being involved in an accident that wasn't my fault and being quite naive to what help was available every customer service advisor I spoke to was informative, patient, and spoke to you like a friend rather than just another customer at the end of the phone. Such friendly staff who really know what they are talking about and always articulate things well, nothing is too much of a hassle. I often find many car insurance firms very intimidating to deal with and it is the complete opposite here. Will always continue to choose Admiral as long as they continue their great prices, first-class customer service, and peace of mind that both you and your vehicle are in the right hands.
