1st class customer services

We have a multi car policy. When my daughter began to learn to drive I asked for advice regarding her first car. They gave my buckets full! When she got her first car she was under our policy and eventually passed her driving test. Sadly two months later on her way to work, a very low sun blinded her and she crashed into a bollard. Her pride & joy car, was a right off. The attending policeman told her it was not her fault and could have happened to anyone. We were dreading reporting the event, but customer services were so professional and the verbal support they gave her, helped her face what had happened. Within a week they had paid out for the beyond repair car and she had a another car. But best of all, the premiums did not go up. They only changed because it was a newer second hand car, of the same model. Cannot thank them enough for being patient kind and helpful. Not all insurance companies are the same.
