Super Service, quick responses, easy and approachable

I have been with admiral for approx two years now, they have been superb for that entire time. Any issues I have run into I’ve been able to contact the customer service team with ease and when the phones were super busy I was still able to get help via email and twitter also. As a nurse my car is essential for getting me to work and when I had an accident occur they quickly found an approved garage and organised a curtesy car straight away for me, the claim process was incredibly easy and the customer care team just made a difficult and stressful time much easier, not only this they waived my excess fee due to being a key worker. Although admiral does sit slightly more expensive than other insurers I wouldn’t consider leaving them each time renewal comes around.
