Friendly and helpful customer service

After a number of claims in the last few years I was finding it difficult to get affordable car insurance. Admiral’s Little Box (telematics) policy has solved that issue for me. It was easy to get a quote online and then to discuss the fine details with an advisor. Fitting of the box was carried out by a third party but they were also great to deal with. I love that I can access my policy online and that with the telematics I can reassure myself that I am driving well. When my husband also needed car insurance I was able to take advantage of the multi car option. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
