Prompt resolution of claim

Part of a multi policy so very reasonably priced but the key thing with any insurance is the response if you have to make a claim. Following the storms in February this year, several ridge tiles blew off our roof. Very easy to submit the claim on line and, despite it not being a risk of water entering our property, and Admiral clearly having lots of claims to deal with, I got a call back that evening. Quote submitted from a reputable builder who has worked on our property before and the following day the work was authorised with payment made very promptly. Totally satisfied.
