Customer friendly

We’ve never put a claim for anything but it’s nice to know that they’ve got your back. I have a comprehensive cover with all the add ons. The only think I’d mention as the downside is that I’ve got to ring them every time there’s a renewal offer for them to magic up a ‘discount’. If they put everything at first in the renewal offer, things would be even smoother! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
