First class service

I was insured with admiral in 2018 and was side swiped by a white van 2 days before it was due to expire and I had moved to another company. My premium with them rose by £150 after the accident, the white van occupants were claiming whiplash. Regardless of the fact that I was no longer their customer they pursued the case as we agreed it was a crash for cash con. Two years later they resolved the issue in my favour and my excess was refunded. They kept me in touch throughout and I returned as a customer in 2020. Excellent service..above and beyond..they could have just dropped it. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
