Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Very happy customer

I've been with Admiral for over a year now, At the time of joining they were one of the best deals I could find, but it was speaking with the team direct that made my decision to join as they were excellent. Since then I have had to ring a couple of times to add temporary insurance for my son and wife (which again was a very easy transaction due to the people who work for Admiral). I have found dealing with the customer service team really refreshing as they are very easy to speak to (also no ridiculous wait times) and really knowledgeable and you can actually have a good chat (rare these days). They were brilliant with the insurance for my son (who is now on my policy as well) who has recently passed his test as some of the prices I was being quoted from other vendors were absolutely madness. As long as Admiral keep doing what they are doing they have a customer for life in myself. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
