Excellent service and friendly staff

Admiral have really improved their customer service. Having been almost totally automated in the past when it was very difficult to get a number to call, let alone get anyone to answer it, they have clearly put a lot of effort into providing personal help to those not entirely comfortable with online only transactions! - Keep it up.
