Emergency water leak in bathroom

I discovered I had a water leak in the bathroom on a Sunday to the extent it was flooding the bathroom of the bathroom of the flat below me. I immediately rang Admiral, who were extremely prompt, efficient and gave me immediate authority to instruct an emergency plumber. I have to say that I was extremely impressed by their understanding of the gravity of my position bearing in mind that I am an elderly person who lives alone.
