Always available and helpful

Their home insurance covers most boiler issues! Had trouble with mine twice, and their team was very understanding and helpful. They arranged for a certified plumber to come over and fix within 24hrs, even over the week end. Very satisfied, and such a peace of mind to know everything is taken care of.
