Great customer service

I have a joint policy for car and home insurance. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and my renewals prices are always very competitive. I was very surprised that during lockdown I received a refund on my overall payment for the year, due to Admiral not receiving as many claims that year, I didn't even have to ask for it... there's not many companies out there that would offer money back to their customers freely!
