Supported me during hard times

Recently I changed jobs and the pre employment with the training, references and it took a Month longer than expected. I didn’t have the funds to pay my car insurance but Admiral were patient with me and didn’t cut my services. They reached out to me by email with letters explaining the situation. I got in touch and they took the Month I owed and not I’m back on track with it. Other insurance companies could of demanded me to pay up the full premium but they took my circumstance and believed I would be a foot customer going forward. It’s time like that companies show their true colours and I knew I made the right choice with Admiral. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
