Easy to use, easy to understand

I setup my coverage online. It is easy to understand the different levels of cover available to help pick which one you want or need. I have had to change my details a few times, and been able to manage it online for small edits where their online chat function is easy to use. When I had a more complicated change, their customer service on the phone was knowledgeable and very helpful. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
