I guess you get what you pay for?

I'm with them as it's about all I can afford. My roof was damaged last year, so I started a claim, and by the time they finally sent someone to say "no they won't cover that", I couldn't find an available roofer for love nor money. They absolutely could have told me from the photos that I wasn't eligible, and given me time to book a repair while I still could. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
